The "world class soccer village and technology hub" will apparently feature 110 acres of permanent green space and 23 acres of pitches for youths to play on - and open to the public.

In addition to this, they pledged that no public money would be used to fund the stadium build.

Benefits to the area are said to include up to £30million of annual tax revenue, £15m to the city as a whole and some 11,000 jobs created over three years.

The construction of the stadium will be included on a referendum in November's ballot.

The team, who do not yet have an official name, are expected to have their first season in 2020.
