Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho cancels extended holiday for World Cup stars including Marcus Rashford and Paul Pogba

Pogba is still out in Russia preparing to guide France to glory in the final against Croatia

JOSE MOURINHO will NOT give his World Cup stars extra holiday.

Manchester United’s boss has seven players involved in the final weekend of the tournament but still wants them back at the club on August 6.

And he could even use his summer heroes from the bench when the Premier League kicks off.

Jesse Lingard and Ashley Young both played in all of  England’s crucial matches on their incredible run to the semi-finals.

Romelu Lukaku and Marouane Fellaini also made it to the last four with Belgium.

Lingard, Lukaku and fellow Old Trafford men Marcus Rashford and Phil Jones all featured in yesterday’s third-place play-off in St Petersburg.

And United’s France star Paul Pogba will be a key figure in today’s final against Croatia in Moscow.

They will all be given three weeks off, missing United’s tour of America, before returning for pre-season.

That will give them just a few days of preparation before the Premier League opener against Leicester on Friday August 10.

United kick off their US tour against  Club America in Phoenix on Friday.

Next up are San Jose Earthquakes  on Sunday, followed by games with AC Milan, Liverpool and Real Madrid.
