JOSE MOURINHO will be not make it to the end of the upcoming season as Manchester United manager, SunSport readers have voted in an exclusive poll.
74 per cent of over 4,000 readers polled believe the Special One will leave Old Trafford during the 2018-19 campaign.
SunSport exclusively revealed today that Manchester United will look to replace Mourinho with ex-Real Madrid chief Zinedine Zidane should he be dismissed.
The news comes at the end of a turbulent tour of the United States during which Mourinho has moaned at what he considers to be a lack of financial backing this summer from the board.
Despite making three signings, including £52million-man Fred, Jose wants Mour - and has been very outspoken on that topic.
Mourinho has slammed his players as well as the board, essentially suggesting his squad players and youngsters aren't good enough.
His pre-season meltdown has shocked players and staff — plus deepened fears of him not seeing out the two years left on his contract.
The Portuguese chief is now the favourite with bookmakers in the Premier League sack race to be the first manager to be axed, ahead of the likes of Javi Gracia, Claude Puel and Neil Warnock.
Should that happen, Zidane is expected to be top of the United board's speed-dial.
The France legend, 46, will not cost a penny after walking out on Real Madrid following his spectacular hat-trick of Champions League titles.

Meanwhile, Jamie Redknapp - much like the majority of SunSport readers - is expecting a Mourinho exit this season.
In his Daily Mail column, the ex-Liverpool star said: “All Mourinho has done is moan. He sounds like someone trying to engineer an exit.
“Alarm bells will be ringing in the United boardroom.
“Why back him with another £300m if they are soon to be faced with having to find another manager?
“How much longer will the board tolerate his outbursts?”
