JAMIE CARRAGHER returned to Sky Sports yesterday - five months after being suspended for spitting at a schoolgirl.
Carragher was taken off screens in March until the end of the season after he was filmed spitting at the 14-year-old from his Range Rover after covering Liverpool's loss to Manchester United.
But having served his time away from Sky Sports, he made his return in spectacular fashion - although fans were divided over his appearance.
As well as discussing tactics with Chris Hughton, Kyle Walker and Ruben Neves, Carragher and Neville were back to their usual on-screen combination of fun and analysis.
And Carragher had the last laugh when he replicated Ruben Neves' stunner against Derby last season, teeing himself up and volleying into the top corner.
Neville, though, struck the post with his attempt and was denied from the penalty spot by his colleague.

With the Premier League returning this Friday night, Carragher's return to pudintry and his continued relationship with Neville will be welcomed by many viewers, but some were shocked to see him back on their screens.
Some claimed it was "great to see him back", while others questioned how he could be allowed to return after his spitting shame.
It is understood Carragher has had sessions with as he returns to his £1million-a-year job with Sky on a final warning.
The 40-year-old apologised in an interview on Sky News following the footage of the spit being shared and spoke to the family involved in the incident.
Just three weeks after his suspension from Sky Sports, he was picked up by TV3 Sport, a Danish broadcaster, to cover the Champions League.
