Bournemouth 2-2 Everton: Nathan Ake and Joshua King complete Cherries comeback in topsy-turvy clash where both teams finish with ten men

The forward, 21, was shown a red card by ref Lee Probert on 41 minutes for unsportsmanlike conduct following a heated exchange with Smith.

Richarlison tweeted: "I know I've made a mistake and there's some lessons to learn about yesterday... And I'm learning on the hardest way.

"I apologise to my club, team-mates and fans."

He will could face further FA sanctions on top of the standard red card suspension.

Ironically, Smith was sent off 20 minutes later for pulling back Theo Walcott, who was clean through on goal, in a topsy-turvy clash at the Vitality Stadium.

Everton went 2-0 up through Walcott and Michael Keane.

But the Cherries roared back late in the second period through Josh King’s penalty and Nathan Ake’s tap-in.

Hundreds of fantasy football players were raging with Richarlison, who has had a fantastic start to this season since his £40million switch from Watford.

He found the net twice in the season opener against Wolves before doing so again at home to Southampton.

Phil Jagielka is also suspended for his last-man tackle on Wolves ace Diogo Jota, giving Silva a defensive headache.

Marco Silva’s side are also reeling from Michael Keane’s horrific head injury after the Englishman suffered a fractured skull on 96 minutes.

The defender confirmed he is in a stable condition and needs time for the bone to heal.

He posted on Instagram: "Thank you for all the well wishes and support.

"I’m okay but suffered a small hairline fracture of the skull which will heal itself and means I won’t be able to have any head contact for 3-4 weeks.

"I will be back with my team and back on the pitch as soon as I can after that."
