CHELSEA are eyeing a move for Dutch whizkid Donny van de Beek - as Tottenham and Barcelona also keeping close tabs on the youngster.
The Dutch 21-year-old is one of the latest names to come through the club's infamous academy system, and has already made a name for himself in the first team this season.
Van de Beek has made seven appearances in the Eredivisie, notching up an assist already - and went one better in the Champions League with a goal in their 3-0 win over AEK Athens.
And his performances have not gone unnoticed, with the Blues keen to get in quickly before his value sky rockets over the coming season.
suggest the central midfielder - whose current deal runs until 2022 - will not be let go by Ajax in January, but they could be more willing to do business next summer.
A fee is yet to be discussed by Chelsea, as well as Spurs and Barca, but are expected to make their moves sooner rather than later.
