TIEMOUE BAKAYOKO will not return to Chelsea in January despite a disappointing start to the season on loan at AC Milan, says his agent.
French midfielder Bakayoko spent just one year at Stamford Bridge after the Blues paid £40million to sign him from Monaco.
But the 24-year-old failed to impress in West London and was sent on loan to Milan, where he has flopped.
Agent Federico Pastorello insists he won't be heading back to Chelsea before the end of the season, though.
He told : "Bakayoko is happy at AC Milan and the club is happy with what he is doing.
"We knew he would take time to adapt, but everybody believes that he will help the team during the season.

"Any speculation about his return to Chelsea is simply untrue."
Bakayoko's debut for Milan summed up his time at the club so far.
He came on as a second-half sub in a game against Napoli with Milan leading 2-0, but they ended up losing 3-2.
Italian giants Milan do have an option to make the move permanent at the end of the season for £35m.
Gennaro Gattuso's team are 10th in Serie A after just three wins from their first seven games.
