MANCHESTER UNITED will hold talks with Ryan Giggs' Hotel Football in a bid to solve their Champions League home travel woes.
Jose Mourinho’s men have arrived late to Old Trafford TWICE for their previous European fixtures against Valencia and Juventus due to heavy traffic.
United were fined £13,202 for the Valencia shambles while Mourinho had to walk to the stadium ahead of the Juve clash.
The Red Devils had previously used the Lowry in the city centre and the Hilton Garden Inn at Old Trafford cricket ground for Euro preparations.
SunSport revealed on Monday morning that United were considering Hotel Football as an option for the future, with their next Champions League home game against Young Boys on November 27.
But Ryan Giggs, who co-owns the hotel with fellow Class of ‘92 ace Gary Neville, has welcomed United to use their facility which is within walking distance of the Theatre of Dreams.
United legend and Wales manager Giggs said: “We’ve always said we would welcome the team. I had it when I was a player and when I was a coach at United. Getting to the evening games can be difficult, getting out the city centre.
“We’re right on the doorstep at Old Trafford so it would be great if the club can stay and we’ve always said that.”
