ARSENAL are lining up a January move for Brazilian wonderkid Ramires after scouting him SIX times, according to reports.
The Brazilian ace has appeared nine times for Bahia - and has caught the eye of the scouts sent from the Emirates.
According to reports in South America, the midfield whizz-kid could be poised for a switch to the north London club in January.
are claiming Ramires' "most likely" destination is Arsenal - but the Brazilian club will do all they can to knock back approaches for the 18-year-old.
It has also been reported Adidas are trying to secure a deal with Ramires to represent him but - but it has been strongly denied by a Bahia represenatative.
The representative said: "This is not the representative of the sports equipment company that normally talks to the athletes."
Another reason the Brazilian could be lured to the Emirates is Raul Sanllehi.
The new director of football has links in South American football and played a key role in Neymar's transfer to Barcelona.
However, Sanllehi previously said he is not a big believer in the mid-season market.
Speaking to the , he said: "I don't believe much in the winter window.
"There are exceptions. But if you have the right plan of action in the summer and the team are performing at the level you expect, you should not go to that window or try to avoid it."
"It's there for emergencies, a big injury or if something is really not working and you need to recover there. I give much more importance to the summer windows."
