ENGLAND are heading to the Nations League Finals after their incredible comeback against Croatia.

Defeat or scoring draw would have meant relegation - but goals from Jesse Lingard and Harry Kane sends them to Portugal next June.

Who do England play next in Nations League?

After beating Croatia and Spain to top spot, they will now face one of the other League A group winners next summer.

The draw will take place of December 3, 2018 - with the 2020 European Championship qualifier tables also decided on the same day.

Portugal became the first team to qualify to the Finals, with England joining them from Group A4.

Switzerland produced a stunning comeback against Belgium to reach the Finals.

The other semi-finalist will be decided in their last match, with World Cup winners France hoping that Holland lose to Germany.

When are the semi-finals in Portugal?

Portugal will host the Nations League Finals tournament, after securing their place over fellow bidders and Group A3 opponents Italy and Poland.

Estadio do Dragao in Porto and Vitoria de Guimaraes' Estadio D. Afonso Henriques have been put forward to host the games.

The semi-finals will take place on Wednesday, June 5 and Thursday, June 6.

The third-place match and final will be held on Sunday, June 9, with the winner crowned Nations League Champion.
