Marouane Fellaini: Get the Balenciaga-wearing Manchester United star’s look for a high street price
With a penchant for wrapping up warm in big coats, the Belgium international has a look you can copy just in time for the imminent cold chill this winter
MAROUANNE FELLAINI clearly feels the cold!
On the pitch, the Manchester United midfielder is the epitome of tough guy - and is uncompromising as they come.
But when he's been seen out and about, shopping in Selfridges - he's always made sure he's wrapped up in a warm coat.
The Belgium international is a fan of designers like Moncler, as well as Arctic Army - who both sell heavy weather jackets that cost thousands of pounds.
But you don't have to earn footballers' wages to be able to fight the big chill before it hits this winter. Let SunSport help you dress like Fellaini, but for a lot less.
Going baggy
At £495, Balenciaga's popular oversized 'Homme' sweatshirt is on the pricey side of the scale.
But it suits Fellaini's bean-pole figure, and has been worn by a variety of famous faces including Lewis Hamilton and even Kendall Jenner.
The design itself, bleached, actually reminds us of one of those hypercolour t-shirts that trended in the early 90s.
Nevertheless, fashion does always go full circle.
- Nicce sweatshirt, exclusive to ASOS, £45 -
While finding an oversized sweatshirt was a bit tricky, and is difficult to pull off if you're not 6'5" and a professional athlete like Fellaini, we recommend this sweatshirt.
Available exclusively on ASOS, Nicce have been producing quality streetwear since 2013. This beige effort is close to the Balenciaga top and costs £450 cheaper.
Parka up
One of the most elaborate outfits we've seen Fellaini in, the total cost of what he's wearing here is an eye-watering £5,192.
And if you're thinking it's the coat that had the biggest price tag, you'd be wrong!
His GymWeekend Bag Art Rocketbyz by Tommyboy 2 set him back an astonishing £2,712.
He also wears a cool Arctic Army parka (£2, 325) and finishes the look with Adidas Yeezy trainers (£155).

TRENDSETTER Alex Iwobi fashion: Arsenal’s trendy forward loves wearing Gucci, but you can get his look on the high street
If you want the perfect gym bag, ASOS sell the roomy Napapijri Bering duffel on their site for a reasonable £55.
Streetwear king
There's no doubting Fellaini's style - he likes bright and bold.
In this ensemble, he's opted for a hoodie by American company All Blessed 3 that's a reasonable £45 - not a patch on the price of the Balenciaga!
But if you think he was sparingly looking to spend less with this outfit, you'd be sadly mistaken.
He paired the hoodie with Christian Louboutin's spike trainers costing £465.
- Ellesse pink hoodie through ASOS, £36 with HELLO20 code --
- River Island's monogram low top trainers, £35 --
While All Blessed 3 sweatshirt wasn't too expensive, we still could do better. ASOS have an ace Ellesse pink hoodie that you can pay £36 for with the special voucher code 'HELLO20'.
And River Island's monogram trainers are almost identical to the Louboutin pair, except these will only set you back £35!
Moncler man
Now, we all know that Moncler is a status symbol label.
Anyone who can afford to wear their clobber, be it coats, gilets and nice thick jumpers - the Italian designer have you covered.
However, you can expect to pay well over £1,000 for a Moncler jacket like Fellaini's wearing above.
You don't have to splash that kind of cash to stay warm.
- River Island's black faux fur trimmed puffer jacket, £85 -
Admittedly, there's no substituting a Moncler coat - that's likely to last you for years to come.
But if you're looking for a fix to keep the cold away, look no further than River Island's black faux fur trimmed puffer jacket. At £85, it's a reasonable alternative and will last you for the season.

When it comes to hitting the town for a night out, Fellaini is definitely a trainer man.
So if Fellaini's pounding the pavements of Manchester city centre, dining with mates he's going casual - but still wearing shoes that carry a £445 price tag.
These Gucci numbers aren't to everyone's tastes, with the silver glitter and famous green and red markings on the label.
But Fellaini doesn't seem to mind that!
- Bershka trainers through ASOS, £35 -
