Fans can’t handle Lionel Messi’s new trick against Filipe Luis as new footage confirms unreal skill was deliberate
The Barcelona superstar achieved the impossible, by holding off the Atletico left-back and then backheeling the ball through his legs

LIONEL MESSI is known to be one of the best footballers ever, but fans are still in disbelief over his nutmegging of Filipe Luis at the weekend.
The defending La Liga champions may have only managed a draw against Atletico Madrid, but Messi proved he was still the best player in the Spanish league, if not the world.
The Barcelona ace has got fans claiming that no defender is safe and it's easy to see why.
Messi's first touch controls a loopy ball with his head and his second, amazingly, sends the ball through his Spanish rival's legs.
The nutmeg is from a back heel, with Messi's left-foot, and it allows him to hold off the left-back with an impressive manoeuvre.
Messi has long been hailed a magician, thanks to his fancy footwork, but his latest skill appeared to cast a spell over poor Luis who, understandably, didn't see it coming.
While some fans initially thought that Messi hadn't intentionally meant to nutmeg Luis, the new footage cleared up any doubt.
One fan said: "Bro, when I first saw it I thought it was luck and then I see this and I can't believe he actually meant it" and followed the tweet with a goat emoji.
Another claimed that no defender was safe.
Barcelona managed to stop Atletico Madrid stealing three points thanks to Ousmane Dembele's last-gasp equaliser.
But Messi hogged the limelight as his nutmeg became the talking point of the game.
Earlier this month, Messi's former team-mate Thierry Henry spoke of the moment that he realised that the Argentinian wasn't normal.
The standout moment for Henry also started with Messi managing to control a lofty ball and dodge several defenders.
Although Messi's latest piece of skill didn't end in a goal, it could well support the evidence that he is not normal and is in fact extraordinary.
Last year, Luis spoke of his tactics in stopping Messi and said: "I know the best way to stop him. I know he does not like playing with his back to goal, you must be right on top of him when he gets the ball."
But it looks like Messi has cottoned on to the defender's tactics.
