OUSMANE DEMBELE apologised to Barcelona team-mates for off-field misdemeanours before scoring a stunning solo goal against Tottenham.
French forward Dembele, who moved to the Camp Nou last year, was reprimanded by players and coaching staff after turning up two hours late to training on Sunday.
And, according to Spanish publication , the 21-year-old issued an apology to his team-mates in the dressing room at training on Monday.
The following night he made up for his ill discipline by scoring a stunning goal against Mauricio Pochettino's team at the Camp Nou.
Tottenham could be seeing a lot more of Dembele as he's emerged as a target for Arsenal.
But Mundo Deportivo claim the Gunners would have to pay a release clause of £362million if they are to capture the forward.
It left Gunners supporters demanding that the club forked out to land the troubled 21-year-old whatever the cost.
Dembele has been linked with a move away from the Nou Camp with Barca chiefs losing patience with his attitude off the field.
Dembele was banished from the squad to face Real Betis for going AWOL and was also left out of the side to face Inter Milan for skipping a team meeting.
But any hopes that Arsenal fans had of signing the youngster appear out the window after learning of his price-tag.
Reports in Mundo Deportivo claim that Barcelona will not entertain any offers and will only let him speak to other clubs if they match his £362m release clause.
Dembele, who lives near an infamous sex club as revealed by SunSport, joined the Nou Camp in a deal that could rise to £135.6million in the summer.
Barca know his potential could lead him to becoming one of the world's best so they are happy to remain patient with his off-field issues as he continues his development.
