Man Utd to reject all Paul Pogba bids as Solskjaer vows to make him star man

Juventus, Barcelona and PSG keen on Frenchman but Ed Woodward has no plans to sell

MANCHESTER UNITED will reject bids for Paul Pogba in both January AND the summer, according to reports.

Juventus have been linked with a £125million move for the French World Cup winner while Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain are also keen.

The £89m midfielder looked to be on his way out of Old Trafford as his relationship with Jose Mourinho hit rock-bottom.

Pogba's agent, Mino Raiola, had been working on finding his player a new club.

But Mourinho's sacking, and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's appointment, looks to have brought the best out of Pogba.

He scored twice in the 3-1 win over Huddersfield on Boxing Day and was instrumental in Saturday's 5-1 mauling of Cardiff.

claim Woodward told Pogba in August he was not for sale and he has not changed his stance.

United's executive vice-chairman recognises the player's value both on and off the pitch.

As does Solskjaer, who has held one-to-one chats with him and the rest of his stars to raise spirits in the dressing room.

Both Woodward and Solskjaer are keen on building the United squad around Pogba.

The Old Trafford boss said: "I think Paul's a top, top player. He's one of the top, top players in the world. Attacking wise he's done really well but he's a big lad, can win headers, tackles, he’s been the same as the others.

"The attitude has been perfect and that's key. You should be tired towards the end of every single game.

"He's been top class and we're looking to build a team around him of course, but there are so many quality players."
