DOMINIC SOLANKE has reportedly undergone a medical at Crystal Palace.
claims Liverpool’s young striker is set to link up with Roy Hodgson on a deal until the end of the season.
Solanke moved to Anfield from Chelsea on a free transfer in 2017 and went on to make 27 appearances in all competitions that season.
However, the 21-year-old is yet to feature at all in the current campaign.
And a move to Palace will give Solanke more first-team opportunities as he looks to become the latest youngster to work his way into Garaeth Southgate’s England plans.
Meanwhile, the Eagles are desperate for a boost in attack following Christian Benteke and Jordan Ayew’s terrible form in front of goal.

Solanke is now on the verge of moving to Selhurst Park after going through all his medical checks.
And the former Stamford Bridge youngster could end up spearheading a front three including Wilfried Zaha and Andros Townsend.
Hodgson admitted after his side’s 1-0 defeat to Chelsea on Sunday that Solanke was a top target, saying: “It’s no secret he’s a target. He’s a proven goalscorer through all the age groups.
“He’s someone with the profile we’re looking for, and the ability we are looking for. If he comes here, it’ll be up to him to show he can do that in Premier League football.”
