Sarri says Hudson-Odoi is ready for Premier League as he urges Chelsea starlet to snub Bayern Munich

MAURIZIO SARRI has offered Bayern Munich target Callum Hudson-Odoi a future within his squad and has urged him not to jump ship.
The young winger has caught the eye of the Bundesliga giants and they have twice made a move for him, but his boss believes it would be a mistake for him to leave.
Speaking ahead of Chelsea's trip to Wembley to face Tottenham tomorrow, Sarri went on the charm offensive and spoke of the youngster being ready for regular Premier League football.
The Chelsea boss reiterated the sentiments of his assistant Gianfranco Zola, who agreed that the youngster would do well to stay at Stamford Bridge.
In a bid to encourage Hudson-Odoi to snub the German giants, Sarri admitted that he didn't think moving would be a good career move.
He added: "He's an English player, he is very young and he has a very great future here, with the national team and with Chelsea. I think to stay here is better for him."
Sarri appears to have been kept in the dark about the ins and the outs at Stamford Bridge of late and he admitted that he didn't know the situation regarding Hudson-Odoi's future.
But while he is at Stamford Bridge, Sarri plans to continue to help the forward improve his use of space.
He said: "For me he is a very important player. He is very young, he is improving spatially and in the defensive phase and I think he played really very well in the last match.
"He was in trouble in the game against Watford only because he had a problem with his hamstring. I am really very happy with him."
The 18-year-old came through the ranks at Chelsea and as he has just broken into the first team periphery, Sarri thinks he is ready to start featuring in more top-flight fixtures.
Wanted winger Hudson has made seven appearances this season, but just one in the Premier League where he had to be substituted after he suffered with a niggling hamstring.
On the young star playing in the bigger games, Sarri said: "I think so, he is ready I think.
"We have important players in the same position, you want Willian or Pedro on the bench? He is ready."
