ARSENAL outcast Mesut Ozil has been offered to Juventus and Inter Milan in a shock twist, according to reports in Italy.
Unai Emery is keen to offload the German playmaker, 30, in a bid to free up funds for a January move for Barcelona midfielder Denis Suarez.
Ozil is not part of Arsenal's future plans under the Spanish boss and the club has no money to bring players in without selling first.
The Gunners have also been chasing former Atletico Madrid star Yannick Carrasco - currently in the Chinese Super League.
And Arsenal hope in offloading Ozil, under contract at the Emirates until 2021, they can free up the funds to bolster their squad this month.
The North Londoners currently sit in fifth in the Premier League, facing yet another season without Champions League football.
However, Emery has one crease to iron out - the fact that most clubs will be put off by Ozil's incredible £350,000-a-week wages.
Despite being on the brink of being forced out of the club, Ozil recently posted a defiant message on social media.
Accompanying a picture of himself working out, the German wrote: "No matter what... put in the world #YaGunnersYa".
Ozil hasn't played since he was taken off at half-time in the 1-1 draw at Brighton on Boxing Day.
The former Real Madrid star, a £42.5million buy in 2013, has scored just four goals and made two assists in all competitions this season after 16 appearances.
Having been left out of this weekend's defeat at West Ham, Emery revealed: "We had enough players to win today, to impose our game plan and our tactics and our quality.
"I decided the players who were best for this match. We've won with him, we've lost with him."
Here are five players Arsenal could replace Ozil with, should he leave this month.
