Lampard's side were spied on last week ahead of the clash with Bielsa's Leeds team.

The Argentine boss fronted up and admitted his error, but also called another press-conference on Wednesday.

Bielsa went on a 66-minute lecture which involved slideshow presentations and match footage, showing off his extensive scouting and research.

And the Leeds manager also admitted that he has spied on all his opponents, not just Derby last week.

After Derby's win at St Mary's, Lampard walked into his press conference and quipped: "are you ready for my presentation, we do analysis too by the way".

Lampard insisted he hadn't seen Bielsa's speech, which took place just hours before the Rams were in a cup tie at Southampton.

The former Chelsea midfielder said: "I haven’t seen it, I’ve heard about it obviously. It’s a funny one for me because I don’t really want to speak too much.

"I spoke a lot at the weekend. It is what it is now, at face value, we all know what’s been happening across the board.

";It’s certainly a league issue now. It’s our league, it’s every team, so it’s up to them to decide what goes from now.

“He gave an impression of himself. I haven’t seen Pep Guardiola give that, I haven’t seen Jurgen Klopp give that, Pochettino give that.

"They do it behind closed doors, definitely. But they don’t do it to the public.

“It’s probably a nice eye-opener for the fan to see it, because most of these things are done behind closed doors.

"They’re done everywhere. There’s no amazement from anyone who works in football, they won’t be amazed in the slightest. It’s par for the course."

Lampard was furious when the spygate scandal came to light and wanted the result to be reversed after Leeds' 2-0 win.

When asked what he wanted as an outcome, Lampard said: “To reverse the three points we lost.

"t’s not for me to say what happens - I don’t know what the rules are.

"I believe there’s not an absolute clear-cut rule about it but we can’t open the door to this thing happening every week.

"What kind of farce would that be? Everyone sending undercover people, drones, whatever, into training? It would be farcical.

"So something has to be done, I just don’t know what it is and it’s not my decision.”
