The Welshman, 28, has fallen down the pecking order in Unai Emery's side this season.

West Ham 1-0 Arsenal: Declan Rice scores the winner as Gunners lose ahead of big Chelsea clash

Ramsey has been at Arsenal since switching from Cardiff for £5million in 2008 and has won the FA Cup three times.

He came off the bench to play the last 32 minutes of Arsenal's 1-0 defeat to West Ham last weekend.

And Emery's tweaking of the midfield has meant that Ramsey's influence as a box-to-box midfielder has dwindled.

But Juventus have been canny again in the transfer market, much like they did with former Liverpool midfielder Emre Can at the end of last season.

He will become the third Welshman to play for Juventus after John Charles became an Old Lady icon in the 1950s, while Ian Rush played 29 games in Turin in 1986 before returning to Liverpool.
