FOOTBALL fans think Hector Bellerin has travelled back in time to the 1980s for injury treatment.

The Arsenal star uploaded a photo to social media showing him in a medical room being attended to by three doctors.

Bellerin suffered anterior cruciate ligament damage to his left knee during the recent 2-0 win over Chelsea at the Emirates.

And he has gone abroad for surgery, which will rule him out of action for up to nine months.

However, supporters appear to be seeing the funny side of the situation, with many in awe of the style of the snap.

It has a rather vintage-era look about it, and fans could not resist teasing Bellerin as a result.
