Gareth Bale’s ‘personality doesn’t fit well’ with Real Madrid as transfer speculation reignites around the Wales star

Spanish newspaper claims the former Tottenham flier is too much of an introvert for Los Blancos

GARETH BALE'S personality is being questioned in the Spanish media.

The Welshman brought up his 100th goal for Real Madrid against neighbours Atletico on Saturday.

But his Bernabeu future is far from secure, with Santiago Solari preferring Vinicius and Lucas Vazquez either side of Karim Benzema.

Now, Spanish outlet has claimed Bale's "introverted personality" does not fit with his team-mates and also accused him of being greedy on the field.

The flier's injury record has come under fire recently as he was cruelly dubbed "Mr Glass".

Bale has won the Champions League four times since joining Real, who were desperate to end a 12-year drought.

But it is clear many fans will never warm to the former Tottenham man and this summer could be the time for him to part ways.

Manchester United have been linked with Bale for several seasons and certainly have the funds to make a splash this summer.

Former club Tottenham are also in the hunt and will have money to spend once they finally move into their new stadium.

While Chelsea could use Eden Hazard's desire to move to the Spanish giants as collateral to bring the speedster back to the Prem.

Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain are among the European giants who have been touted as possible alternatives, with Bale's wages a stumbling block for any club.
