The Spaniard has been tipped to become the next Old Trafford captain after an outstanding goalscoring display for the Red Devils as they won 2-0 at Stamford Bridge.

The celebration appeared to remind Sanchez that this is what Manchester United are all about.

Sanchez, 30, came off the bench for the last 18 minutes of the tie, with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side already leading 2-0.

United largely controlled the FA Cup tie against Maurizio Sarri’s poor team and maintained a tight midfield — catching the Blues napping with two headed goals.
