Liverpool and Spurs to rival Man Utd for £30m-rated PSV star Steven Bergwijn
United have been interested in the flying winger all season but could now face competition from a host of Prem giants
LIVERPOOL and Tottenham have joined Manchester United in the race for £30million-rated PSV Eindhoven star Steven Bergwijn.
United have been interested in the flying winger, 21, all season but could now face competition from a host of Premier League giants, according to De Telegraaf.
Bergwijn has been a key cog in the PSV side that sit five points clear of Ajax atop the Eredivisie this term.
The Dutchman has scored 11 times and added 12 assists in just 24 league games.
His sensational form in 2018-19 has also seen him handed his first three Holland caps - in games against European giants Germany, France and Belgium.
United's head of global scouting Marcel Bout has been monitoring Bergwijn's progress and recommended him for consideration to move to Old Trafford.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is already planning for life in Manchester next season with the Norwegian all-but certain to be leading the team on a permanent basis in 2019-20.
However, PSV have no intention in allowing their star asset to leave cheaply, with a bid of at least £30m needed to claw him away from Holland.
European giants Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund and Inter Milan are all also interested in Bergwijn according to the Dutch report.
It now looks certain Bergwijn will leave PSV at the end of the season - with a bidding war on the horizon.
