XHERDAN SHAQIRI handed Liverpool an injury blow after being ruled out of Switzerland's double header this week.
The 27-year-old will miss the Euro 2020 qualifiers against Georgia and Denmark with a groin problem.
Shaqiri is now a doubt for the Reds' Premier League clash with Tottenham on March 31 at Anfield.
He was an unused substitute from the bench in Liverpool's 2-1 victory at Fulham on Sunday that sent them back to the top of the table.
Liverpool face a busy period after the international break as they fight for Premier League glory and have a Champions League quarter-final tie against Porto.
Shaqiri has featured largely from the bench this season since joining from Stoke in the summer.
