REAL MADRID are so confident of landing Eden Hazard they are even planning where to house the £100million star this summer.
And the Chelsea attacker’s virtuoso two-goal display against West Ham on Monday has only cranked up Real’s desire to sign him.
The Spanish giants believe they will finally clinch a dream partnership of Hazard and coach Zinedine Zidane — and sources in Spain claim talks are so advanced that their main target is house-hunting in the posh suburb of Pozuelo.
The area is a footballers’ paradise where David Beckham and Cristiano Ronaldo used to live. Real star Karim Benzema is still based there.
Hazard, 28, netted a solo wondergoal in the 2-0 win over the Hammers and Ruben Loftus-Cheek reckons teams run scared of his team-mate when he is on the ball.
Midfielder RLC, 23, said: “When he picks up the ball from deep, teams drop off because they know that he is capable of doing that.
“They don’t want to get too tight to him because he is so sharp on the ball and with his movement.
“It is inspiring to see, when he is doing his work.
“Every Chelsea fan wants him to stay. For him, he is just focusing on the right now.
“If we can go all the way in the Europa League that will be great for him and the team.”
