Ronaldo, 34, isn't the only one hitting the gym this week it would seem - as fiancee Rodriguez showed off her flexibility in a bright green outfit.
The mother of one-year-old Alana Martina shared the incredible selfie on Instagram and racked up close to 500,000 likes in under an hour.
Rodriguez, 25, captioned the post with the famous old saying: "An apple a day keeps the doctor away."
Georgina gave birth to baby daughter Alana Martina on November 12, 2017 - but is already back in superb shape.
Earlier this week Rodriguez - who is strongly rumoured to be engaged to Ronaldo - revealed it was "love at first sight" for the power couple.
Gio claimed: “The first meeting with Ronaldo was at Gucci where I worked as a sales assistant.
“Days later we saw each other again at another brand’s event and it was then we could talk in a relaxed atmosphere, outside of my work environment.

"It was love at first sight for both.”
In the interview with Italy's Elle magazine, she continued: “Home is where my family is. The place where I am happiest is my home, with my children and partner.
“Our house is our refuge, our temple built with so much love.”
Georgina is also helping Ronaldo raise young twins Eva and Mateo and eight-year-old son Cristiano Jr, who were all born of surrogate mothers.
Georgina, who grew up in the Spanish Pyrenees city of Jaca, has been a rock of support for Cristiano since it emerged he is being probed by Las Vegas police over 2009 rape claims.
The footballer has denied raping American accuser Kathryn Mayorga at a hotel in the city.
Meanwhile, the Juventus superstar appears to have won his race to be fit for the Champions League quarter-final first-leg with Ajax.
Ronaldo was rested by the Turin club after his sensational hat-trick against Atletico Madrid in the last round of the Champions League on March 12.
But he picked up a thigh strain while on national team duty with Portugal last month and was touch-and-go for the Ajax game.
The Portuguese ace donned cool sunglasses alongside his Juve team-mates yesterday on the plane after being given the green light to play.
