Stoke demand £30m for Jack Butland in blow to Bournemouth and Palace
England keeper is being eyed by Premier League clubs but the Potters will not accept a cut-price deal
STOKE have slapped a £30million price tag on Jack Butland's head, according to reports.
The England keeper is keen for a Premier League return to ensure his international future is safe.
Crystal Palace and Bournemouth have been linked with Butland, 26, capped nine times by England.
And if they want to secure his signature, they may be forced to break the English record for a goalkeeper.
Everton's Jordan Pickford currently holds the accolade after his £25m move from Sunderland, which could rise to £30m.
Butland has two years left on his Stoke contract, which hands the Potters an advantage in negotiations.
Nathan Jones is planning a rebuilding job over the summer as he aims to get the club back in the top-flight.
After drawing with table-topping Norwich, he said: “The owners here are superb and we will change this.
"We will make sure we are on an upward spiral.
“We’ve had to change a lot around the environment and the training ground and we’re getting there.
"It’s going to be a big summer but we’re ready for a big summer and we’re looking forward to a big summer.”
