Neymar to make ‘daring’ aftershave with Diesel that will mark his journey from favelas to stardom

The Paris Saint-Germain forward will have his name on a new fragrance in an exciting new project with Diesel

NEYMAR is set to turn his hand to aftershaves as he will co-create a new fragrance with Diesel.

The Paris Saint-Germain star, 27, has a huge social media presence with over 100 million followers on Instagram.

And according to Spanish paper , Neymar will become the first sportsperson to have their image on Diesel.

The fragrance will chart his journey from playing football in the Brazilian favelas to becoming one of the world's biggest stars.

Explaining his role in the process, Neymar said: "I've participated in the most important decisions of the project.

"We wanted to make a daring fragrance, but also one that reflects the things I consider most important."

"I wanted the fragrance to reflect my own story and what bravery means to me.";

Neymar has also turned his hand to comic books - where the hero's tattoos come to life and fight crime - also based on his Brazilian childhood.

Meanwhile, the former Barcelona star has fuelled speculation about a transfer as he has revealed he is desperate to link up with Eden Hazard.

Both have been linked with moves to Real Madrid and Neymar reckons the pair would complement each other quite well if they were in the same team.

Neymar said: "I think Hazard is a player that I think is different.

“He has a style of play that is similar to mine. I think we could do a job [together]."
