CHELSEA have joined Arsenal in the transfer race for bargain assist king Ryan Fraser who is willing to quit Bournemouth this summer, according to reports.
The Scottish international recently admitted that rumours linking him with a move have affected the stunning form he showed at the start of the season.
The midfielder has just 12 months left on his existing contract and has not scheduled further contract talks with Eddie Howe's side after rejecting an offer last year.

The midfielder added to his impressive stats in the Cherrie's 3-3 draw at Southampton, after teeing up Callum Wilson for Bournemouth's late equaliser.
The Scot would be a highly-sought after free transfer next summer with the Cherries facing a decision whether to cash in on him or risking losing him for free in 12 months.
