Alessio Romagnoli is suspended for the clash against Bologna through suspension, while AC Milan are also without Giacomo Bonaventura, Ivan Strinic, Davide Calabria and Andrea Conti.
Meanwhile, the visitors have two suspended with Ibrahima Mbaye and Roberto Soriano out.
Federico Mattiello will also miss the match at San Siro with a thigh injury.
