Cristiano Ronaldo hints he wants to become a manager when he retires from playing
Portuguese ace is continuing to steal the show on the pitch after scoring 26 goals in his first season with Juventus
CRISTIANO RONALDO has hinted he could continue his career as a manager when he finally decides to hang up his boots.
The Juventus superstar, 34, is showing no signs of slowing down 17 years after he started his senior career with Sporting CP in Portugal.
Ronaldo is under contract in Turin until 2022, but has claimed he will consider a coaching role when he retires.
Speaking to ICON magazine, he insisted: "I'm not ruling it out."
But the Portuguese ace is still proving to be a huge hit on the pitch following his £99m summer switch from Real Madrid.
The 34-year-old reached yet another milestone when he scored his 600th club goal during this month's draw with Inter Milan.
And he became the first player ever to win domestic titles in England, Spain and Italy after Juventus clinched the title this month.
Despite his unusually slow start for the club, Ronaldo is very pleased with how he has settled in at Juventus.
He said: "You must be humble, learn that you don't know everything. If you're smart, you get little things that make you better as an athlete.
"In Juve I have adapted perfectly. They saw that there's nothing false about me. He is Cristiano and he is what he is because he takes care of himself.

"It is one thing to speak and another to do. Why did I win five Ballon d'Or awards and five Champions Leagues?"
Old Lady boss Massimilano Allegri will be hoping Ronaldo has no plans to retire soon after he admitted he is the "future" of the club.
The Italian tactician said: "Ronaldo's had a great season. He's the future of Juventus. An extraordinary player and he'll have another great season next year."
