The players celebrated wildly on the pitch after Lucas Moura's dramatic 96th-minute winner completed the comeback.

Tottenham's heroes paraded themselves in front of their fans before they continued the party in the dressing room.

But Pochettino decided to coem back out to show his appreciation to the thousands of travelling Spurs supporters waiting to be let out of the stadium.

The emotional boss charged over to them with his arms high in the air before he bowed down to them.

Pochettino, who hinted he could retire if he guides Spurs to Champions League glory, then got his assistants involved before the whole squad piled back out.

Tottenham and Spurs will now battle it out for the most iconic trophy in European football in Madrid on June 1.

After the match, Pochettino labelled Lucas Moura as his team's "superhero" after his incredible hat-trick.

He said: "Superhero Moura! It was an unbelievable hat-trick. He deserves it, he's a great guy.

"But everyone deserves it for all the tough moments we've been through over the five years.

"The chance to play in a final, it is for my family, for all the people who supported us in that moment it is amazing."

Tottenham found themselves three goals down after Matthijs de Ligt and Hakim Ziyech improved on their lead from the first leg.

But Moura pulled two back in the early stages of the second half before his last-gasp winner in stoppage time.
