MINO RAIOLA has blamed a "frustrated weirdo" for his three-month transfer ban.
The super agent, who represents Manchester United ace Paul Pogba, has been suspended by the Italian FA.
The Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio (FIGC) have also banned his cousin Vincenzo for two months.
An official reason has not yet been given, but for now Raiola is unable conduct any transfers involving Italian clubs until August 9.
Super agent Raiola admitted he is going to to appeal as he thinks he is the victim of an administrative error.
Speaking to Dutch outlet Eindhoven Daglbad, he said: "I immediately called in lawyers and I appeal.
"This is a personal error. I have not received any explanation.
TRANSFER BAN APPEAL
"Perhaps this is a result of a story from some frustrated weirdo. Write that down.
"You can ask me three thousand questions about it, but I honestly don't know what's going on."
Raiola made sure that he clarified to the listens that his ban will only have an impact on the Italian market.
He said: "It is a suspension, but only for the Italian market. And we are challenging that suspension."
But it could still have an impact on his ability to complete Paul Pogba's rumoured switch to Real Madrid this summer.

Raiola also shared a lengthy statement with his 120,000 Twitter followers.
It read: "This 'ITALIAN BAN' is not a surprise, unfortunately. My personal concern is that it has been a sentence dominated by a political willing, without taking into the right consideration the reason of law.
"It is a sentence based on false grounds and lies. Law and justice however must prevail in any civil and correct system and I hope that my position will be remitted within the right lines in the coming steps of this story."
