LIVERPOOL winger Ryan Kent will get a move to Aston Villa — whether they go up to the Premier League or not.
Villa have told the Kop they want the 22-year-old wideman, who starred on loan for Steven Gerrard’s Rangers this season.
And Villans boss Dean Smith is willing to buy Kent, who could move for about £10million, with the club hoping they can offer him top-flight football.
Villa will make an offer after the Championship play-off final against Derby, with the funds to buy him now if they go up or not.
The final decision rests with Kent, who would aim for Premier League football but may also be interested if Villa are serious about going up from the second tier next season.
While Gers boss Gerrard dreams of a second spell for Kent at Ibrox, the Anfield prospect is looking to play at a high level in England.
