LYON star Tanguy Ndombele is reportedly in the middle of a transfer battle between Manchester United and Tottenham.
L'Equipe claim Spurs have launched a bid to land the £88million-rated midfielder as they look to bolster their squad for next season.
Juventus have also apparently submitted an offer, while United are considering a move.
United are holding back until they confirm whether Paul Pogba is leaving, though it is believed his move to Real Madrid is "practically done".
Lyon are more than happy to cash in on Ndombele, 22, with club chief Jean-Michel Aulas admitting he would sell the youngster to Paris Saint-Germain.
He said: "It wouldn't be a problem. I would be proud of it.
"If PSG wants to buy Tanguy Ndombele there is no problem."
United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will need to replace Pogba if he leaves, the midfielder is rumoured to be taking a £3m pay cut to join the likes of Eden Hazard at Real Madrid.
Ndombele joined Lyon after a year long loan in 2018, making 32 appearances for the side this season.
The Frenchman has impressed across the board in recent years, making his international debut for the national team last year.
On his debut he replaced Pogba, in a friendly match against Iceland.
