FENERBAHCE have ruled out signing Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil in the summer as the Gunners look to offload the German World Cup winner.
The North London club are reportedly desperate to sell the 30-year-old, though they are struggling to drum up interest due to the player's mammoth £350,000-a-week wages.
It has been claimed that Arsenal will even pay a portion of his wages at his next club should they manage to get rid of him.
But one club he will not be moving to is Turkish side Fenerbahce, after chief Damien Comolli poured cold water on the potential deal.
Speaking to AsistAnaliz, he said: "The question of Mesut is beyond imagination.
"I can't waste my time on this."
Unai Emery will be given a summer war chest of just £40million after Arsenal failed to secure Champions League football for a third season running.
The club know they have to sell players in order to raise funds, and could look to cash in on Ozil who flattered to deceive during the 2018/19 campaign.
Ozil chipped in with just six goals and three assists in 35 games in all competitions, where he failed to cement himself as a regular in the side.
