THE inaugural Nations League is coming to an exciting conclusion in Portugal.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s superb hat-trick has put the hosts into the final, whilst Switzerland drop into the third placed play-off after the 3-1 defeat in Porto.

When is the Nations League third placed play-off?

CONTESTED between the two losing semi-finalists, the third placed play-off is set for Sunday, June 9.

Switzerland are already confirmed for the showdown and will face either England or Holland.

It will be played in the afternoon before the final at the impressive Estadio D. Afonso Henriques.

Kick-off is 2pm UK time.
