PAUL POGBA has moved a step closer to joining former club Juventus after Mino Raiola's transfer ban was suspended.

The super agent, who also looks after Ajax superstar Matthijs De Ligt, was banned for three months by Fifa in May meaning he wouldn't be able to broker any transfer deals over the summer.

But following an appeal, the that his ban has been suspended by the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

And that gives him the green light to try and push through Pogba's potential move to the Old Lady.

The Manchester United midfielder is reportedly unsettled at Old Trafford and is taking note of his interest across Europe.

United are adamant that they won't cash in on the 26-year-old despite his inconsistent form throughout last campaign.

Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane remains interested but may have to turn their attentions elsewhere following the £130million signing of Eden Hazard.

Raiola's suspended ban also means that Ajax captain De Ligt is likely to make his big money switch across Europe.

The Dutch ace is being tracked by a host of top clubs including United, Barcelona and Liverpool.

Barca appear the front-runners and Dutch team-mate Frenkie De Jong is trying to encourage him to join him at the Nou Camp.

Speaking after Holland's win against the Three Lions, De Jong told reporters: "No, he has to make his own decisions.

"Of course I would like him to come to Barcelona but we will see what happens. It's up to him.

"I don't know, it's his decision. You have to ask him about it but I hope he comes to Barca."
