MANCHESTER UNITED-bound winger Daniel James has been called a "cross between Usain Bolt and former Brazil striker Ronaldo".
Hungary manager Marco Rossi revealed he was a huge fan ahead of his country's Euro 2020 qualifier with Wales.
Rossi has been blown away by the speed of £18million target James, saying he has not seen such extreme pace since he played against Ronaldo in his native Italy.
The Hungary boss said of the 21-year-old Swansea star: "James' speed reminds of Usain Bolt - to be so fast like him is really incredible.
"In the last years I don't remember one player that gave me this sensation.
"His acceleration is so peculiar, which is why Manchester United have bought him."
James is expected to complete his transfer to United from the Swans after returning from international duty later this week.
Rossi said he has spotted similarities with Ronaldo, who played for both AC and Inter Milan, won the World Cup twice and was a three-time Fifa World Player of the Year.
The Italian said: "In the past I played against a very fast player who, according to me, was the best after Maradona - Ronaldo.
"He was just not known for speed, but for everything.
"His acceleration looked like James, though at the moment the skills are a little bit different."
'NOT SO DANGEROUS FOR US AGAINST WALES'
Wales, who lost 2-1 in Croatia on Saturday, can go level with Group E leaders Hungary should they win in Budapest tomorrow.
Rossi, 54, will serve a touchline ban for this game as he was sent to the stands in the 3-1 victory over Azerbaijan on Saturday.
He is not allowed to communicate with his players at the stadium until after the game has finished.

Rossi disagreed with the ban but is convinced his side can overcome the Welsh without his presence.
He said: "It is not so dangerous for us against Wales because I think all the guys can perform without me in the match.
"They know very well what to do but, for me, to have no communication, it will be very difficult."
