PSG starlet Timothy Weah set to join Lille for bargain £9m after Celtic loan spell
TIMOTHY WEAH is set to join Lille for £9million, according to reports.
The Paris Saint-Germain striker spent the second half of last season on loan at Celtic.
And after scoring on his debut for the Scottish giants, the 19-year-old failed to impress scoring just another three goals in 16 appearances.
reckon the French champions will allow Weah to move to Lille where he is expected to pen a five-year deal.
After a poor loan stint in Scotland, the eight-cap US international will be looking to kick-start his career with the Ligue 1 runners-up next term and will get the chance to play Champions League football.
The forward, son of former PSG striker George Weah moved to France from New York Red Bulls aged 15.
But after rising through the academy to the first-team squad, he hardly got a look in making just six appearances and scoring two goals.

Weah will link up with a host of former PSG players at the Stade Pierre-Mauroy, including Mike Maignan, Boubakary Soumare and the highly-rated Jonathan Ikone.
The forward will hope to be in the same Lille outfit as Nicolas Pepe next term.
The Ivory Coast winger is wanted by Europe’s big boys including, Liverpool, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich.
