How Eden Hazard’s ‘dad bod’ compares to ripped Ronaldo and Bale in Real Madrid’s traditional pre-transfer medical photo
EDEN HAZARD proudly displayed his so-called "dad bod" in Real Madrid's bizarre, traditional medical photo on Thursday - and joined a host of ripped stars in stripping off.
Los Blancos continued with their customary "topless, lying down on a hospital bed" picture as Hazard completed his £150m move from Chelsea.
The Spanish giants have insisted on the pose for years and years now, with the likes of a young Sergio Ramos, Emmanuel Adebayor and Mesut Ozil all playing along.
And compared to the likes of CR7 and Gareth Bale, Hazard, 28, looked somewhat less ripped.
It is just the latest episode in a long-running joke surrounding the Belgian superstar.
Last summer, Hazard was snapped on holiday with wife Natacha and three kids Yannis, Samy and Leo - with fans going wild for his "dad bod".
Despite still showing off a slender frame, Hazard was spotted on the beach with his nearest and dearest after he helped his nation finish third at the World Cup.
On Thursday, the Belgian arrived at the Bernabeu for his unveiling - in front of 50,000 eager Real Madrid fans - with the deal, a year in the making, finally done.
'WE WANT MBAPPE'
The Belgian playmaker gave a speech during his presentation, speaking mostly French while attempting to address the crowd in Spanish.
After going on to the pitch, he kissed the badge and did some kick-ups to please the supporters.
But it is clear that Real fans still want another marquee signing to be made by Florentino Perez - as they chanted: “We want Mbappe!”
However, at his unveiling, Hazard said: “When you play for a team like Real Madrid there is not one single star, the team is the star.
"I have been at Chelsea for seven years, but now I am the new guy in the team and I try to contribute as much as possible.
“I believe everyone knows that Zidane was my idol since I was a kid.

“That he is now Real Madrid coach was an important factor, but not just that. I already wanted to play here.
“The position is not a question for me, the coach will decide. But I always like to play on the left, or as a No10.
"But if I have to play another position I will do it for sure.”
