ROBERTO CARLOS proved he's still got it with an outrageous piece of skill during Soccer Aid.

The Brazil and Real Madrid legend may be 46 - but he still has more magic in that left-foot than many stars currently playing at the highest level.

After a corner was cleared by former Chelsea and England captain John Terry, Carlos spotted the ball coming at him from high in the air.

But while 99.9 per cent of players in that situation would have simply brought the ball down, Carlos went for the spectacular - and, boy, did he pull it off.

The Brazilian watched the ball all the way before stopping short and actually allowing it to drop over his shoulder.

He then flicked out his left boot and used his heel to guide the ball directly to the feet of former Arsenal star Robert Pires.

Fans went wild on social media, with many proclaiming the World Cup winners hasn't lost it.

Daniel Andrade said: "You simply don’t make footballers like Roberto Carlos anymore."

After the Whistle added: "Imagine missing out on watching Roberto Carlos in his prime."

Aysha Ridzuan described the pass as "Absolute filth", while Josh Benson asked if he was "taking the p***?"

It was a stark reminder of the brilliance with which Carlos used to play during his glittering career.

The Galactico won four La Liga tiles and the Champions League three times with Los Blancos, as well as the 2002 World Cup and Copa America twice with Brazil.

He also came second in Fifa World Player of the Year voting in 1997 and second in Ballon d'Or voting in 2002, as well as twice being named in the Uefa Team of the Year and the Uefa defender of the year.

But it was his outrageous moments of magic that seared Carlos' skill into football fans' collective memory - his most famous being the frankly ridiculous banana shot against France in 1998.

The Rest of the World eventually won Soccer Aid after a penalty shootout.

England had taken a 2-0 lead after F2 Freestyler Jeremy Lynch scored twice.

But a mistake from Jamie Carragher - which prompted a pasting from Gary Neville - then saw the fastest man ever, Usain Bolt, rifle in a goal just before half-time.

The Three Lions team still looked to be heading for a win, but former Love Island winner Kem Cetinay turned John Terry and curled in a lovely left-footed strike to send the game to pens.

It was yet another penalty disaster for England, as Body Coach Joe Wicks, former Towie star Mark Wright and comedian Lee Mack all missed from the spot.
