PSG owner says he will not allow Kylian Mbappe to leave amid shock Liverpool transfer rumours
PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN owner Nasser Al Khelaifi will refuse to let Kylian Mbappe leave the club amid rumours linking the youngster with a move to Liverpool.
After failing to achieve European glory in Paris yet again, reports have suggested the Reds are trying to lure the hotshot striker to Anfield, but the billionaire Qatari is having none of it.
If the Frenchman, 20, hadn't already shown he's a hot prospect at the World Cup last summer, he bagged 39 goals in 43 appearances for PSG last season.
In fact, he was directly involved in 56 goals in 2018-19, after adding a further 17 assists.
Being awarded the Ligue 1 Player of the Year award for his consistently scintillating performances, he's also already been capped 33 times for the national side.
That's only 18 less than England's most experienced player in their recent Nations League clash with the Netherlands, Jordan Henderson.
Despite winning the Champions League earlier this month, Liverpool are looking to sign Mbappe to ultimately help the club win their first Premier League trophy, according to the

Even with a front three of Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino, a place in the starting XI would no doubt be found for the superstar.
But as revealed in a rare interview with, the PSG owner will not allow the 20-year-old to leave France this summer.
When asked if the wonderkid will seek a new challenge elsewhere, he replied by saying: "I'm 200 percent sure that he will be at PSG next season."
He went on to say: "I have explained to him that you do not ask for responsibility. You have to go and get it, sometimes even tear it off from somewhere else."
Meanwhile, PSG's president has taken an incredible swipe at Neymar, saying he "no longer wants superstar behaviour" at his club.

Al Khelaifi said: “The squad need to rediscover rigour. The players are going to have to assume their responsibilities more than ever before.
"I want players that are proud to wear our shirt, not players who do the job only when it suits them.
"They are not here to have fun. And if they do not agree with that, the doors are open. Ciao!
"I no long want superstar behaviour.”
The comments have only further fuelled rumours of a return to Barcelona for the Brazilian.
