Man Utd told to pay £45m plus bonuses for Aaron Wan-Bissaka after ‘derogatory’ opening bid leaves Crystal Palace fuming

CRYSTAL PALACE were left fuming after Manchester United’s “derogatory” bid for Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

United made an offer of £35million up front plus £15million in add-ons which were deemed unrealistic.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants the 21-year-old as his right-back next season but needs to up the cash to £45million and revise bonuses.

United put incentives into deals, with Anthony Martial’s move from Monaco including payments for 25 Premier League goals, 25 France caps and getting nominated for the Ballon d'Or award.

But United’s proposals for Wan-Bissaka were not viewed as realistic for the right-back who broke into senior football 18 months ago.

The youngster is willing to leave Palace for United.

He has been left frustrated as the clubs try to thrash out an agreed fee.

And Wan-Bissaka will be hoping his horror show for England Under-21s against France is not brought up in any transfer talks.
