Willian ‘offered £230k a week, Chinese flat and two cars with drivers to ditch Chelsea for Shanghai Shenhua transfer’
WILLIAN has been 'offered £230k a week, a Chinese flat and two cars with drivers to leave Chelsea for join Shanghai Shenhua' this summer.
It's good news for Chelsea fans though, as are claiming the 30-year-old has declined the offer.
The Brazilian didn't have his best season for the Blues, scoring just 3 Premier League goals.
He's also lost his place in Brazil's starting eleven, featuring for just six minutes so far in this month's Copa America.
But he still has his moments of brilliance, and registered 14 assists across all competitions last campaign.
Chinese side Shanghai Shenhua want to bring him to China, but have offered the 2012 Champions League winners less than £18m for the winger.
The Asian club certainly haven't been tight with their contract offer though, as they're willing to pay the forward £12m a year for the next 3 seasons.
As an added incentive, ‘renting a flat paid for by the club, as well as two cars with drivers and a fee to be spent on plane tickets’, were included in the deal, are claiming.
The star 'was not interested' though and intends to continue playing at the Bridge for 'at least two more seasons'.
For now, the Europa League winner is contracted to stay in London until at least this time next year.
