ENGLAND captain Harry Kane wed childhood sweetheart Kate Goodland - and in a touching tribute called her his "best friend".
Tottenham striker Kane, 25, planted a tender kiss on the 26-year-old's forehead in a blissful wedding photo he shared on Instagram.
Kane proposed to long-term partner Kate in the Bahamas in 2017, having met her whilst at school together.
The couple have two young daughters, Ivy and Vivienne.
And as Kane celebrated his joyous day - after a summer of disappointment on the football field - he posted this message: "Finally got to marry my Best Friend! I love you."
The 39-cap superstar wore a white blazer with black trousers, while Kate was in an elegant, understated white gown.
It was a serene day for Kane, who was out injured for seven weeks before returning this month to see Spurs lose the Champions League final to Liverpool and Holland beat the Three Lions in the Nations League semi-finals.
Bride Kate had enjoyed a wild, exotic, week-long hen-do while Kane recovered from his ankle problem.
She warmed up by posting snaps of herself flying out to the USA wearing a cardboard-cut out chain of her partner.
At the peak of the celebrations, Kate posted a picture with the caption: "Harry's angel."
Now she's his wife too.
