KENNY MILLER is on his way out of Dundee.
SunSport Online can exclusively reveal the former Scotland star is set to have his contract ripped up with the Dens Park club.
Miller, 39, lost out to James McPake for the manager's job after Jim McIntyre was sacked.
The veteran striker is now on the verge of agreeing a deal to quit the Championship outfit ahead of the new campaign.
Miller started last season as manager of Livingston before Neil McCann took him to Dens Park.
But he’s determined to find a new club and continue playing beyond his 40th birthday in December.
The super-fit and vastly experienced hitman is certain to have a number of signing option when he becomes available for free.
