Man Utd face fight from PSG to seal transfer of Juventus star Blaise Matuidi
MANCHESTER UNITED are facing a real scrap from Paris Saint-Germain to land Juventus star Blaise Matuidi.
The World Cup winner, 32, is back on the radar of his old team, two years after originally leaving for Italy, according to Le Parisien.
Man Utd have shown an interest in Matuidi, but the midfielder could be tempted by a return to Paris, where he spent six years of his career.
The 81-cap France international played nearly 300 times for PSG between 2011 and 2017 - winning four Ligue 1 crowns.
Now, with Juventus enjoying a major overhaul under new management - including the free signings of ex-PSG star Adrien Rabiot and former Arsenal ace Aaron Ramsey - Matuidi could be surplus to requirements in Turin.
That's piqued the interest of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who is eyeing up an audacious TRIPLE swoop of Maurizio Sarri's Juve - with Douglas Costa and Joao Cancelo also on his radar.
POGBACK... AGAIN?
But the Norwegian will only be able to go in for the trio should they sell Paul Pogba.
The 26-year-old international team-mate of Matuidi is on the market for a whopping £150million this summer.
However, reports claim United have received NO bids for the mercurial star, who they signed from Juventus for £89m in the summer of 2016.
Real Madrid appear to be leading the race, but having brought in so many new faces - splashing hundreds of millions of pounds themselves - they too will first need to sell.

Los Blancos are willing to accept mega-money moves for Isco and Marco Asesnio, both valued at £72m, as well as James Rodriguez and Gareth Bale.
Meanwhile, United are also thought to be mulling over a move for a FOURTH Juve star - Merih Demiral.
The defender would prove a cheaper alternative to Leicester and England star Harry Maguire, should he opt to go elsewhere, with free-spending rivals Manchester City considering a deal.
