TOTTENHAM have completed the £30million signing of Ryan Sessegnon from Fulham on a five-year deal.
Spurs have paid £25m up front plus sent Josh Onomah to the Championship side as part of the deal.
A further £5m will be paid depending on performance-related incentives.
The left-back, 19, passed his medical this morning after Fulham finally accepted a third offer from Spurs last night to bring an end to the long-running pursuit.
The teenager wanted to leave Craven Cottage following their relegation from the Premier League last season.
He was left out of Scott Parker’s squad for the 1-0 defeat at Barnsley in Fulham’s Championship opener on Saturday.
Fulham Vice Chairman and Director of Football Operations Tony Khan said: “Ryan Sessegnon has grown up at Fulham and grown as a footballer under the guidance of our Academy and the managers he’s worked with here.
“I had hoped that Ryan would be with us as we began this season’s campaign and for many seasons beyond it, and I did everything I could to try to make that happen.
“But when a player expresses a desire to explore a new opportunity, and our attempts to change his mind are unsuccessful, then the priority is making sure that we get the right deal for the Club. That is what I’ve done, I believe that we’ve done the best deal possible for Fulham."
Spurs and the Cottagers had been at loggerheads over a fee even though Sessegnon has made it clear he wanted to sign for Mauricio Pochettino.
But finally the improved offer plus the inclusion of Onomah, 22, proved too good to resist.
The midfielder is an England youth international himself and already has plenty of experience in the second tier.

He spent the 2017/18 campaign on loan at Aston Villa, making over 30 appearances and scoring four goals on their run to the play-off final.
Onomah then joined Sheffield Wednesday, but he was restricted to just 15 outings last season due to a number of niggling injuries.
Now he will be hoping to put that behind him by playing a huge role in Fulham’s promotion push.
And he is a player Cottagers boss Parker knows well from his time coaching at Spurs’ academy.
