ALEXIS SANCHEZ faces being banished to Manchester United’s reserves unless he agrees to a move abroad.
Red Devils boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is desperate to get rid of the £505,000-a-week flop before the European transfer window closes on September 2.
Roma want him on loan but refuse to pay his huge salary and the Old Trafford side may have to share the burden to get him out.
Otherwise, United will have to fork out another £8.6MILLION in wages until the January transfer window on a player Solskjaer does not want in the first team.
Solskjaer has not been keen on the Chilean forward since day one, having watched from afar as he failed to spark for United.
Sanchez proved to be a negative influence behind the scenes too during Jose Mourinho’s reign.

The former Arsenal player, 30, was also involved in a furious training-ground bust-up with United kid Mason Greenwood after returning from the Copa America.
Last season after Solskjaer took charge in December, Sanchez scored just once in his 16 appearances.
It is why all of Solskjaer’s planning for this new season has been done without Sanchez in mind.
But one player who the Norwegian will be calling on is Daniel James or "The Flash" as he is called.
